ATHLETE PROFILING
Athlete Profiling is comprised of a selection of in-depth laboratory and gym based assessments, used to establish baseline markers. Collectively, these assessments measure and assess over 30 individual data points from anthropometric measurements to cardiorespiratory thresholds, providing detailed information on your current training status whilst identifying limiting factors and areas of potential improvement.
RESTING METABOLIC ANALYSIS
Resting Metabolic Analysis measures your Resting Metabolic Rate and Respiratory Exchange Ratio at rest (the amount of calories, and the ratio of carbohydrate / fat you burn). Understanding your unique metabolic profile enables us to customise nutrition plans with incredible accuracy throughout pre-season preparation and in-season competition.
ACTIVE METABOLIC ANALYSIS
Active Metabolic Analysis measures how efficiently your body produces energy and identifies your current level of cardiorespiratory fitness. This information highlights any potential physiological limitations and provides valuable datapoints required to accurately programme future training, such as; VO2 Max, Ventilatory Thresholds, Substrate Usage During Exercise, Substrate Utilisation, Max Heart Rate and Heart Rate Recovery.
STRENGTH ASSESSMENT
Both Strength and Strength Endurance play a vital role in your ability to attain and maintain peak performance on track. Establishing Strength and Strength Endurance capabilities identifies your current training status and defines the necessary steps required to improve performance throughout the duration of the programme.
ANNUAL TRAINING PLAN
The first step in designing a successful training programme is planning. Annual Training Plans are constructed in accordance with your race season schedule, intended to facilitate performance increases through planned phases of work and rest. This approach consistently improves all facets of fitness whilst ensuring peak performance is achieved ahead of competetive event.
REMOTE TRAINING PROGRAMMING
From cardiorespiratory conditioning to strength maximum development, improving motorcycle fitness requires a very unique approach. The Rider Performance Programmeâ„¢ utilises a dynamic five phase periodised training programme, designed to boost sport specific performance. Personalised workouts are created weekly and are delivered to you daily.
PERSONALISED NUTRITION PLAN
Utilising data collated from your Resting and Active Metabolic Assessment a personalised nutrition plan will be designed to complement each phase of pre-season training, along with pre-race and race weekend nutrition plans - all of which available to download from your TrainingPeaks Premium account ahead of each round. Race weekend nutrition plans include a detailed schedule of meal timing, ingredients and measurements, removing any guesswork from what to eat and when.

Programming is managed and delivered via a free TrainingPeaks Premium platform, allowing you to conduct your workouts at a time and place that’s convenient for you. TrainingPeaks also accommodates personal contact and feedback, so you’re only ever one click away from your coach. All training data is stored and monitored on a weekly basis.
