Annual Training Plans are constructed in accordance with your race season schedule, intended to facilitate performance increases through planned phases of work and rest. This approach consistently improves all facets of sport specific fitness, whilst ensuring peak performance is achieved prior to each event.

From cardiovascular conditioning to strength max development, improving motorcycle fitness requires a very unique approach. The MAD Pro Academy utilises a dynamic five phase periodised training programme, designed to optimise sport specific performance. Personalised workouts are created monthly and delivered daily via email.

NUTRITION PLANS.
Personalised nutrition plans are designed to support each phase of pre-season training, along with pre-race and race weekend Performance Nutrition Plans. Race weekend nutrition plans include a detailed schedule of meal timing, ingredients and volumes, removing any guesswork from what to eat and when.​

Programming is managed and delivered via a free TrainingPeaks Premium platform, allowing you to conduct your workouts at a time and place that’s convenient for you. All training data is stored and monitored on a weekly basis to ensure consistent progress is maintained.
